In swkotor2.ini, change the following keys: [Graphics Options] FullScreen=0 AllowWindowedMode=1 When you set the AllowWindowedMode key to 1 you can also toggle between windowed and fullscreen in-game by pressing ALT-ENTER. Make sure you set your game resolution lower than your Desktop resolution first though. As for the model, the files should be PFBMM.mdl and PFBMM.mdx, found in models.bif.
