Can't install on Windows XP

When i click the "install" button at the launcher, i only get this message;

 

C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\AUTOEXEC.NT. THe systen file is not suitabla for running DOS- and Microsoft Windows-programs. Choose Close to exit the program.

 

Or something like that i tried to translate it from swedish. I have activated the run in win98 mode option on the SETUP file and it still doesn't work PLEASE don't tell me to get patch, i can't install it because i can't install the game!

in C:\WINDOWS\repair there is a file called autoexec.nt. COPY this file to C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32 and it should work

I remember having this problem when I installed Service Pack 2 on XP, and I did try the WINDOWS\repair thing and it didn't work You could try:

It replaces/installs the files: command.com, autoexec.nt and config.nt, which whether corrupt or missing, cause the error which you have described
