I'm still waiting on my computer to update the game to version 1.3 and 1.4 after that. On a similar subject, if I wanted to have all of the Heroes start at specific Tech Levels in the game, what should I do with which .XML files and how careful should I be? As I understand, the term Timeline indicates how many days pass before something is available. Correct? Am I able to bypass that and simply utilize the Tech Level instead of the Timeline?
