You are a commando in the rebel allaince, and the game plays sorta works like battlezone 2, except no strategy as such - you have to fly v-wings and speeders, and take over at-ats/at-sts etc and carry out various objectives. Imagine CONTROLLING an AT-AT - not just commanding, but controlling. Plus - its an original - not game like it in the star wars catalogue. ------------------ Nove Squadron, Elite B-Wing flight group stationed aboard the MC Oracle, home of the tech library. You have more sides the new republic, two imperial warlord factions, the Yev'etha from the black fleet crisis and a pirate group. Events could be the Empire uniting, the Yev'etha 'Cleansing' and the rise of the clone emperor. You'd get new characters, like Mara Jade and Boba Fett. nova_wolf Posted July 5, 2000 Author Share Posted July 5, 2000 Ideally (although I like the idea of supremecy 2), the next game would allow you to do almost anything - Trade, become a jedi, fly fighters for any faction, caryr out black ops, meet people.... a mix of all formats - RPG (Learning of missions and carrying out and working in teams), Action (Fighting your way into and out of an Inperial Resaerch base or taking over an AT-AT), Beat 'em Up (Lightsabre duelling against a Sith Lord), RTS (Get promoted to General and command an assault or carry out a star battle above Mon Calamari), Flight Sim (Fly transports and fighters - for trading, fighting, pleasure or snooping). And have a sort of cast system like the Earlier Final Fantasy Series, so you could be a pilot, Jedi, stormie, commander, smuggler etc. DAMN - THAT would rock....... ------------------ Nove Squadron, Elite B-Wing flight group stationed aboard the MC Oracle, home of the tech library. Similar to your idea, DFMD they are making Star Wars online, it''l be be like Asheron's call or Ultima Online. Problem is, wil it be online only, as I REALLY cannot afford that !
