Guest Conor
That isn't any indication of anything. Any number of console games have much more than one 600MB CD. The Dreamcast games look every bit as good as any computer game. The technology isn't the best, but direct optimization for hardware can do wonders. ------------------ I state that every human being has the right to life, from conception until natural death. Tek Gunner
Huh. Idoit game? Hah!! Look what TFN posted about Battle For Naboo. When asked about hot games coming to E3 soon, IGN64 had this to say: Star Wars: Episode I Battle for Naboo Developer: Factor 5/LucasArts Did you like Star Wars: Rogue Squadron? If you're like me, you thought it was excellent. The good news here is that developers Factor 5 and LucasArts have once again teamed up to bring Nintendo 64 owners a true sequel in Star Wars: Episode I Battle For Naboo, a third-person shooter that expands upon everything that Rogue Squadron established. More levels, more ships, more guns, and more Star Wars action. Better yet, Naboo corrects a lot of our concerns with Rogue, enabling considerably bigger 3D environments, full ground battles, space missions (woohoo!), a faster sensation of ship speed, and a totally revamped framerate. With the code junkies at Factor 5 on the job, Naboo should be one of Nintendo 64's most technically dazzling titles to date... and besides, it's Star Wars! Hopefully there will be codes to kill Jar Jar. Well I do believe that this game is going to rock!! BTW, just so you know, I did not write this article, I just saw it on IGN. ------------------ "Your just jealous because the voices talk to me"! Guest TK421
Hopefully there will be codes to kill Jar Jar whats all this crap about killing Jar Jar? I mean he was a little annoying but I thought he was funny too, when I could understand him. I heard George Lucas had a small heart convulsion or attack when a bunch of Jar Jar haters swamped him and threw Jar Jar dolls at him when they learned Jar Jar wasn't going to be killed off in Ep.II - got this from one of the larger news sites, MSN or something a while ago. Guest Thrawn
When you talk about how bad the screenshot is, you must take into effect that this was a ROUGH level designed to give off a basic preview of the FINAL. This is what E3 is all about. We will never see a final game at E3. Geez. ------------------ "Have no fear, your local Grand Admiral is here!" Guest Herman
Theyre not, I dont think. Lucasarts have abandoned the PC altogether, and are only doing console games. Leave Jarjar alone, and go after LEC instead! ------------------ "Failure is something that happens to other people."
Tek Gunner
Look, even though it sucks, it's kinda understandable. LEC is business, thats bu$ine$$, with all the hype for X-Box, PS2, Dolphin, and the like, it doesnt really sound shocking to me. Consumers are gonna pay big cash for these consoles, and the companies like LEC are gonna get into some of that cash. I really think that stinks, cause I'm PC forever, but I thought it was gonna happen since sadly all the companies are the same. Put I'm sure that they wont completly abandon us PC Gamers, probably their gonna make a few games for the PS2 and stuff like that, so they can cash in on the hype. ------------------ "Your just jealous because the voices talk to me"! Guest Conor
I'm pretty sure most people will realize that the PS2 is no better (and in some ways worse-like anti-aliasing) than the Dreamcast. I've been laughing at Sony's lies for a while now... ------------------ "To believe anything at all is to believe it true. To believe something true is to believe that whatever is incompatible with it must be false. And to believe somebody else's belief false is implicitly intolerant. Therefore, if intolerance is an evil, belief itself-in anything-is an evil. So the only way we can get rid of intolerance is to prohibit belief. Which, of course, would be very intolerant indeed." -Ted Byfield
