Togruta PC skin?

Hi, I'm new and am not too sure of all this modding business, but would it be possible to make a Togruta PC skin - like Shaak Ti or is that too complicated?

It will surely require moddeling new head (highly impossible) or remodeling existing head to have simimliar shape (more likely possible).

well, when remodeling an existing head you can only move vertices, you can't creat anything new, so I'd assume you'd start with a twi'lek head model... but even at that, to edit the head that much without adding any verts would be very hard...
