Tull Posted February 8, 2001 Share Posted February 8, 2001 I can't believe I found about this contest the day after it closed. Darn. Anyway, my idea would've been along the lines of this. The voodoo lady coming up to Guybrush and Elaine with various odd requests. She tells them she is preparing for the millenial Melee Island ceremonial ritual... which noone else can remember having heard of. She gets Elaine to build a special altar and temple, while Guybrush is sent to retrieve various ingrediants. It transpires that the voodoo lady is actually a three-way split personality (this would be reflected in her movement/dialogue) as the fused LeChuck/Ozzie spirit has reached out of the voodoo ether during her meditations and entered her mind. The whole 'millenium' thing is just a lie the LeChuck possessed priestess made up on the spot. And you could parody our own ridiculous Y2k bug fiasco.
