Could someone make a model of a male jedi in prequel jedi robes but w/ no sleaves (as in the arms are showing) and make teh arms sorta muscular.

 

(im trying to make a skin w/ no sleaves and one of teha rms is gonna be robotic...)

 

so if someone could help that would be great

That I dont think would need a new model. Just a skin could do that.
