After I have successfully taken the dog tags from a passed out Naranja, and I am on my way back to the ladder trying to leave, there isn't enough space between the tattoo chair and Toto. In the past, the problem was solved by making Manny run past him. If that doesn't work, I'll try to dig up the older threads and see if they offered any other advice.
