His cloak desenicrated but wih the force it only burned him. Slowley Qui-gon and Obi-wan walked away. He jumped out, covered with burns. He grunted in pain as he crawled to a close med center. There a med driod started to care for him. * * * * * * * Qui-gon did not talk the whole way back to Coruscant. Obi-wan cared for him but new better not to interfere. He would let him deal with his problem, after all Xanatos had been his apprentice. Soon after a few years he would get over his death it was life. If Xanatos had lived they might have died easily. But jedi did not deal with ifs. Suddenly Obi-wan noticed Qui-gon knew what he was thinking then he stopped. Many things happened after the next many years(read jedi apprentice ect) Qui-gon and Obi-wan where on the cruiser to Naboo. He had not known the jedi cruiser to Naboo was taking him on what would turn out to lead to both there deaths or his final mission with Qui-gon. Yet they both had understood that the time was coming for the final mission part not death) when Qui-gon would recommend him for the trials. Obi-wan knew he was ready, but he was not yet prepared to leave his master. He was anxious to be independent, but he was reluctant to come out from the protection of his alliance with Qui-gon. It was not apperhension that kept him there, but loyalty. Frienship. Love. They had spoken more on that trip than they had ever spoken before. Qui-gon had been in a rare talkative mood, they had remembered ols missions, old acquaintances. They had laughed over the exploits of Didi Oddo, the friend who was alawys in trouble. They had remembered the loyal brothers, Guerra and Paxxi, now heads of large families of Phindar. From time to time a shadow would cross Qui-gon’s face and Obi-wan Knew he was thinking of Tahl, who he had loved. Tahl had been killed during a mission to New Apsolon despite their intence efforts to find and save her. The pilot dimmed the lights gor sleep. Still Qui-gon and Obi-wan did not move. They sat in charis reluctant to move to the sleeping area. A silence fell between them, as companionable as always. In the dark silence, Obi-wann felt a disterbence in the force one that was familer. Stunned Obi-wan glanced at Qui-gon. His face had gone pail. “Sir, our power shut down. He said as the lights went out. Sir, were gitting they pulled us in there ship.” The pilot screamed as the ramp was pulled off the ship and thrown to the side. There stood a figrue with a black cloak. He jumped into the ship. Qui-gon and Obi-wan already had there lightsabers activated. The man pulled down his hood revealing the hairless and burned face of Xanatoes. Xanatos reached down and grabbed his saber activating it. He than jumped over the two jedi and too the pilot. He struck killing him. He then turned to them. “Ah, now we are alone.” Xanatos said. “Yes, we are alone.” Qui-gon agreed. “A prefect time to kill you.” Xanatos replied as he charged. He jumped as he reached Qui-gon landing behind Obi-wan preparing to strike. * * * * * * * Qui-Gon used the force knocking Obi-Wan out of the way. He stuck at Xanatos’s blood red blade. Xanatos grinned as he moved to the right and spun around catching his breath and builded his fury. Then he struck cutting Qui-Gon in half. Obi-Wan got up he swung in fury at Xanatos. But he dodged it he than kicked Obi-Wan and stabbed him. He fell to the ground dead. It took many weeks for the council to learn that the great master Qui-Gon Ginn and his great apprentice Obi-Wan Kenobi had died on there way to Naboo. Later they all died by the same person who had killed the MASTER and the APPRENTICE.
