Influence Measure

I have heard that there is a way to "measure" how much influence you have with a party member.

 

Is this a modd or is it a funtion of the game?

If its a modd, where do I download it?

This mod has become a permanent addition to my override folder. It only works though when the PC talks to Bao-Dur's Remote on the Ebon Hawk.
