i'm at the part where i need to fix the guy's slot machine so i can get his clothes

 

but when i went in the casino, i see operative walk through a wall, and i can't open the door from whence i came in

This is a known problem that can occur sometimes. You should be OK if you go back to an older savegame. There are various threads in this forum providing a bit more information, such as this one. Hope it helps.
