Save files? Major newb question (sorry).

Yeah, so I downloaded the save files for CMI from the download section of Scumm Bar, but I don't actually know how I should go about opening them. Where do I extract them to? How do I load them when I'm in game? Also, which one of the save files is the one that occurs straight after you put in disk 2?

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You should be OK if you just extract the files from the zip and place them in your CMI folder (which is probably something like "C:\Program Files\LucasArts\Curse").

The files have the extensions .001, .002, etc. which dictates their position in the save/load menu. You can rename them to give them higher numbers if you want to avoid overwriting old files.

After that, you should just be able to load them using the F1 menu. I think Disc 2 starts at number 13.
