You should PM the mods author if they are a member of LucasForums and ask if they would do this or if they can tell you what you need to edit. Edit: I changed the thread title for you. Also be aware though that another modder will not be able to make the tslpatcher and then repack and distribute the mod without the original mod authors persmission.
