StarEye
Has anyone heard of/played the Gilbert Goodmate demo yet? I'm downloading it now, and I have high expectations for this game. It's an adventure game of the old school I think, with beautifully drawns 2D Cartoon Graphics (like CMI) and played using the mouse. Try looking to www.gilbertgoodmate.com site for a preview of what to come. Blondbeard
Though I must admit i agree with NFGB,it says tickle your funny bone just like it did on COMI's box.And the main character has a very slight resemblence to a certain Mr. Threepwood. ------------------
MegaMonkey
I'm downloading it right now - I don't mind if it's a ripoff or not - I think the game-developer behind Gilbert Goodmate is very brave for making an old-school adventure-game, as they sure do know it's quite risky business these days ( I raise my hat - um - three hats to Prelusion Inc. and ClearWater Interactive Ltd. ) You got me very excited about this game - over 40 hours of adventurish gameplay; that is quite a long time, and definetely long enough to please a bored monkey ------------------
