Problems getting Kotor 1 to start... sometimes... most of the time...

Hey everybody, I have been having somewhat of a problem with my Kotor game not always being able start. This is really frustrating as I am building a restoration mod for Kotor. So if you guys could help me out with getting it to function properly I would greatly appreciate it.

 

Also, here are my specs and yes I do know that my graphics card got a warning but in game it does function quite well and also this never happens with K2 so I don't think that is the problem...
