Why Can't I see all the force powers?

For example i cant see force heal or force drain in the force power list and many of the force powers or non force powers are all mixed up in their maximum rank.. how can i chagne this so i can have access to everythign?/

Force Heal and Force Drain have been removed for balancing/realism reasons.

But the efficiency and fun factor of the Force powers we already have, has been severly upped and will probably continue to be more fun in the future
