legend222
Everyone else is doing one so now it's my turn. The game starts with you customising your character, after you have chosen your appearance and Jedi class (like K2) the game starts with your PC on some backwater planet like Taris. Your PC is a former high ranking Sith Master from Revan's Empire, one of the few Revan has trusted. For some reason (one you will discover during the game of course) your character has left the Sith after Revan was "killed" by Malak. He/she is a hermit like ANH Obi-Wan, no one knows much about him/her and he/she leads a calm and reclusive life until the True Sith attack. Since your world is on the outer Rim it is one of the first worlds to fall. You learn that the True Sith are blocking all forms of communication and no help can be called. Once you learn that your first objective is to survive the attack and get of the planet before it's too late. As you make your escape you start gathering your party and somehow get a ship (maybe the Ebon Hawk) and use it to make your escape. Once you do that you decide to head for the Republic and warn them of the attack, or to use them to get revenge. Then you learn of Revan and the Exile (and using dialogue choices you determine their gender and alignment) and decide to head for the unknown regions to stop the True Sith or get revenge. The new PC is a former Sith Master so that would explain why he grows in power so fast, I also want him/her to be "uber" powerful so the devs will need a good explanation. The PC could serve as a mirror to the Exile since he/she knows Revan as a Jedi and you know him as a Sith. These are my ideas and I'd like to see what you think. Diego Varen
I like this, but I find this former Sith Lord PC a mix between both past characters. I would like to see more of a plot, perhaps a beginning tutorial level, before I can make up my mind about this plot.
Titanius Anglesmith
If the character is a former Sith Lord, why does he have to "grow" in power? Shouldn't he already be powerful?
legend222
If the character is a former Sith Lord, why does he have to "grow" in power? Shouldn't he already be powerful? That's a good point, I hadn't thought about that. Being away from any conflict can weaken a Force user as Kreia said. Look at ANH Obi-Wan, he was weak perhaps because of his age but I doubt it (it didn't stop Yoda, or Count Dooku). The only alternative is either someone street wise or a young Padawan, personally I don't want to be some guy from the street, a Jedi Padawan reminds me too much of Jedi Academy. And yes Topsite the character does seem like Revan and the Exile mixed together but I couldn't see any other way to go. Like I said I don't like the Padawan or the guy from the street ideas, so the only thing left was a Sith and personally I find the idea interesting. khawk
The idea of a former Sith master seems allright for me. It somehow looks a bit like Atton Rand allthough he never got Sith training before he deserted. Anyway, it is allright to have such a background. I take it you could later know why your main character joined the Sith? Or did the sith turn him/her to the DS?

It should be better and deeper than with the Exile since he really doesn't talk about his past much.
