Mod Tools

I just got SWEAW on the Best of PC package and I wanted to start modding.

Problem is, the mod tools think that I don't have it installed.

Is this because they do not work with the Best of PC package?

If so, is there a mod tool that does?

I think it may have a bit trouble with the Best Of PC due to other programs being with EAW.
