KNIGHTS OF THE OLD REPUBLIC II: THE SITH LORDS MODIFICATION

======================================================

AUTHOR: jcoolZombie

EMAIL: *Removed*

NAME: Mandalorian Items for The Sith Lords

CREDITS: Holowan Laboratories, for its' helpful threads. Weave, for telling me "you'll get it though..." in my time of need.

FILENAME: MandArmors.zip

FILE SIZE: 341 KB

DATE RELEASED: 08/10/07

DESCRIPTION: This creates 4 new Mandalorian armors; One for each color of Mandalorian, and one for Mandalore. It also creates a new datapad, which I thought would be humorous. And, it makes the armors createable at any workbench in the game.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS: Double-click the .exe after extracting from the .zip file to install.

COMMENTS: It has always irked me that there are not any Mandalorian armors that give you their entire appearance in TSL. So, I decided to create 4 armors doing just that. So, as I got around to my custom Mandalore armor, I found that I couldn't take off it. So, I looked in appearance.2da, having found a similar problem in Holowan Laboratories. I saw that a fix would be needed to get my Mandalore armor off. So, I fixed my version. Then, I also created a new datapad. To get the datapad in-game, you will have to use KSE or use the cheat console. To get the armors in-game, you can go to any workbench & select Armor. They should be the last items in the list.

Cheats:

giveitem g_i_datapad01

BUGS: I have fixed the bug involving the placeable where the items were originally by simply getting rid of the placeable & making the items able to be created at any workbench.

I'm wondering if g_tresgencorp004.utp is unique? A text search in KoTOR Tool returned quite a few hits and by dumping it in the Override your items may show up on several corpses throughout the game.

Other than that it's a bit overpowered for my tastes, it looks pretty good. I like the disguise property too.

Yup, in TSL gone are the 'days of old' where one can easily edit placables to add items. ;)
