Saber dual color shade

I guess I am asking how to create the .TGA files for the colors. Perhaps even the gaussian fading profile effect.

 

You see, I have tried editing existing color files but I could not get what I wanted. While maverick 182's curve hilt color is sortof what I am asking for, my color scheme is more extreme.

I have tried creating my own .tga files but that did not work either. Someone did it to make a rainbow saber color file. However, this is not quite it either.

 

I understand there is a difference between the optical spectra and its colors as opposed to the pigmentational spectra and that the two do not work the same.

 

What I am after is a trippy sort of color scheme: I want a deep vivid blue outer hue with a vivid yellow innner hue.

 

I mean like the neutral kind of yellow in thse newer yellow LED traffic lights--not too far to the orange like in K1 and not too far to the green.

 

And a deep blue

 

While not sure how they'd interact I'd imagine a still frame would at least look like what I am after. Just like normal but it's yellow insted of white inside, and the outer hue is deep blue.

 

Does anyone understand what I am after out there???
