darth_yoda2828
this is mostly a problem on oblivion, but no one answers me on the bethsoft forums. the problem is spreading to my other games. please help! i originally had a ps/2 keyboard and i noticed that there was big lag. BIG LAG. my keyboard waits about a second to move after i press any keyboard button. it doesn't sound like much but when you are in the middle of a fight and you either 1. start running around in circles because it's still processing the movements you made 5 seconds ago or 2. starts making the beeping sounds from the motherboard and stops recognizing more than 2 keystrokes per second it gets REALLY REALLY annoying. anyone know what's up? Arcesious
I honestly just suggest geetting a new keyboard of the top of my head. either that, or you've got some werd system confliction. maybe you should post your computer hardware statistics, including the keyboard and mouse statistics so i can help figure out whats conflicting. Shem
Go into your control panel and up the speed of your keyboard and see if that helps.

Sounds like you might accidentally have activated Sticky keys in the Windows Accessibility option. For some stupid reason it gets automatically activated if you press the shift key a number of times in rapid succession. To see if this is the case, go to the Start Menu --> Control Panel --> Accessibility options (the icon with the wheelchair on) --> Sticky Keys and make sure that and the other checkboxes on the Keyboard page are unchecked.
