Help with a reskin mod

Hello!

 

I am working on a mod, in which I spawn a npc based on the utc of Bastila. The npc is spawned on the Endar Spire. lordofmalachor made a wonderful reskin for me. Bastila and the npc both look like the new reskins. That was not my goal, of course. Only the new npc shall look like the reskin.

 

Unfortunately, though I got help from the community, I can't merge the reskins with the .utc, appearance.2da and heads.2da files.

 

I am really desperate, as its the last step (sort of) to finish the mod. Any help would be highly appreciated. Please, contact me if you want to help me. I can then send the files in question.
