help making new robes

I have seen the tutorials and I have learned how to reskin but I'm making the "jedi pilot robes", I extracted a texture and re-skinned it, what follow?

Are you asking for help? Or asking for someone else to do something for you?

 

If the former this needs to be moved to Holowan Labs.

If the latter you need to be clearer on what you want done.

do you know thw robes that the jedi pilots use?, well, I tried to make a new robe using the models but I onli have the TGA, what follows?
