Where's the Damage Settings?

Hello,

 

I'm new to MOD this game and I'm little lost about how everything works, and I only find infos about creating maps, skins, objects, etc... but nothing related to gameplay settings...

 

I want to make a MOD to make the game more realistic, to kill the soldiers more fast like the original movie...

 

any ideas where are these settings?
