Dark Woman's Lightsaber hilt

Could someone make the following lightsaber hilt for either (if possible, both) of the games? I would like to use it in my upcoming saber pack, remembering to give credit to the modder who creates said hilt.

The general shape of that saber looks like Yuthura Ban's sith saber from the Wotor mod.

 

This of course means that if someone gets permission to work on said hilt you might get something very close to what you're after.
