The title intrigued me, so I decided to delve deeper. I'm not exactly a fan of Mencia. But, i've had a chuckle now and then at his jokes. Found these.. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qoQjzJWUvgk Carlos Mencia Steals Jokes Whose joke is it? Carlos Mencia? D.L Hughley? George Lopez? Frankly, I don't like Joe. Hes an *Explicit Deleted*. IMO the jokes that Rogan accuses Mencia of stealing are bogus. And to accuse a comedian of stealing material is a big deal. But Lopez accused him aswell, so I don't really know what stand to take.
