Is there a cheat to be ale to pick up a dead sith's lightsaber for the Xbox?

Hi people I recently got JA for the xbox as well as for the pc. And I was wondring is there a way to pick up a dead sith's ligthsaber if not is there any way to get a red saber that does NOT involve mods.
