CrisG Posted January 7, 2008 Share Posted January 7, 2008 OK< i am on Korriban and trying to get into the sith academy on the light side, and have spent a lot of time in the main base area, now that i am trying with my party to get into the academy i cant trigger the small fight where you find a sith threatening someone and can kill him and stay on the light side AND get the token...any suggestions? I can replay from landing and may do that today but i wondered if this is a bug? I did get that one scene that has the sith leader abusing the potential joiners and also the one where the bunch of sith try to start a fight with me when i landed. i avoided both fights, maybe one of those was the triggering one....anyhoo, just wondered if there were any suggestions, as i dont want dark points, ........we will see i love this planet, it is beautifully rendered btw.....what an amazing game this is. Jacen Stargazer Posted January 7, 2008 Share Posted January 7, 2008 First of all, this is a problem with the first game, it should be in the Republic Newsfeed. Now, there are two ways I know of to get into the Sith Academy- talking to Yuthura and getting the token from the bloodthirsty Sith. But, for either to appear, you must first talk to the Sith soldier standing guard at the entrance to the Sith academy and ask to be let in. He will tell you that you need to be a student, and have a token with you. After that, Yuthura appears in the cantina, and the crazy Sith appears in the welcoming center of the spaceport. If you have a high enough persuade skill, you can persuade/lie to Yuthura to take you as a student. If you don't have enough persuade, she turns you down. If she turns you down, go to the crazy Sith. After you defeat him, take his token. Once you have the token, present it to Yuthura. She realizes that you had to defeat a Sith to get the token, and reconsiders her decision, accepting you as a student. There you have it. You can do all of this while avoiding DS points.
