launching error

I've installed Grim Fandango without any problems and when i try to launch the game i got a black screen followed by a error message like this:

 

 

Im running XP and tryed to launch the game with and without patch. oh tryed compability mode to. Always the same problem. Any ideas?

try making use of the launcher. it's worth a shot..
