Here is my problem; I think my game may be missing some textures because parts of Bastila's clothing are transparent. Also the Armor that my PC is wearing has the same effect. These are the only 2 problems that I have. Also when I try any reskin of Bastila's clothes they are also transparent. I have tried many fixes like replacing video card drivers and trying the game without any mods, but none of them helped. Is there any way to fix this? Or should I get a different version of KotOR other than the Best of PC? (Btw this transparent texture is only in KotOR, my KotOR II works just fine) Here are some pics: The dark brown parts of Bastila's clothing are also transparent, you just can't see them in these pics. Giant Graffiti
Bastila's transparency is in the main game and has nothing to do with your computer. The other one is probably a problem with the mod you're using, I believe there's supposed to be an alpha channel there.
FoolInTheWave
Bastila's transparency is in the main game and has nothing to do with your computer. Is this just my game, or is it every KotOR 1 game out there? I need to know because I will get a new KotOR if its just a problem with my game. RedHawke
Bastila's textures are transparent in parts... Using the Bandon Model and textures on your PC will also be transparent like that, you have to either fix that by editing appearance.2da (might have undesired effects if you do), or you live with the transparency, or uninstall the mod (or tweak it back so the PC can't use it anymore). I don't know which mod you have installed (Since Archers is simply a rip-off of my Canderous Dark Jedi mods textures), transparent textures and the possible fixes are posted in this thread about my Canderous Mod near the bottom of the first post. FoolInTheWave
Thank you very much RedHawke, your fix worked perfectly! Good thing you answered when you did, I was about to buy a new KotOR thinking the problem was with my game. Oh and I did uninstall Archers mod because I just used it as an example for my problem.
