how to make xml's for mods

hey does anyone know how to make an xml for mods cuz i dont and need help

well, there is one easy way.

 

if you have notepad, you can write something and when you save (or save as) instead of "save as textfile(.txt) choose: all files,

 

give your file a name (example: my first xml) and then put after it:.xml (example: my first xml.xml) then it saves as a xml.

 

you can also open a xml and modify it, then save as and same as above.
