ObiLaws
Just like the title says, I want to know how to get an unaltered appearance.2da without having to reinstall my game. I want it for KotOR I. I would put that in the title but it doesn't fit. Anyway, I only want it because I'm trying to find the easiest way out for merging two appearance.2das together. I tried doing it manually but I'm having a hard time doing that. Unless of course uninstalling and reinstalling the game doesn't take out all of my mods. I don't remember because I'm into modding with a few different games that aren't all related and I haven't done something with KotOR for a while, so I don't remember if uninstalling and reinstalling takes out all your mods or not. But even if it didn't, that would lead me to believe that it wouldn't revert your .2das anyway. So if I truly just HAVE to do it manually I will, but if there is some other easier way besides the Merging tool, then let me know. Thanks P.S. I really like to play GTA IV

ObiLaws
I have that, so what do I do with it. Are you implying that the only way is to manually do it? Or what?
TriggerGod
Alright, do this: (I'm using the TSL side, so I'm assuming that the sides are practically the same) KOTOR 1 -> BIFs -> 2da.bifs -> 2da Array -> [insert 2da file you want] and you have your 2da file. ObiLaws
Oh, ok. Are you sure that this will get me an unedited one, like one you would get from a clean install, and not the one that is already in my override?
TriggerGod
Yes. Its as clean as your override folder after reinstalling your game
Exile007
Yup, all you need to do is extract that appearance.2da into your Override folder and boom! You have an unaltered copy of appearance.2da. Edit: Dang you TriggerGod.
