ioken Posted August 13, 2008 Author Share Posted August 13, 2008 Update: I found out a bit more, and now have done some XML editing to make one, but for some reason though I can see it on the map list (Oh, a side note, how do you get it onto the custom list? I can only get it onto the official XD), whenever I start it, as either team, it just goes to "An Empire Surrounded" or whatever the name of that one is... YertyL Posted August 14, 2008 Share Posted August 14, 2008 hmmm perhaps this will help http://empireatwar.filefront.com/file/GC_Maps_Pack;78120 I believe the reason you start "An Empire sorrounded" instead of your own map is because the map name isn't correct... make sure you the tag you reference to actually exists in the MASTERTEXTFILE.dat (if oyu don't want to edit it, just copy the name from another map or start with editing another map before making a news one...)
