Carsew Posted August 9, 2008 Share Posted August 9, 2008 Hi everyone. I have a problem with my KotOR 1. I've lost the original disc, and I only have a copy installed on my computer. Yesterday, it just worked. One time. Then when i exited, it didn't work. So I ask if it is possible to override the "Please insert the original disc instead of a copy" message? Da_Man_2423 Posted August 9, 2008 Share Posted August 9, 2008 The only solution I know of is Xfire. When you run the game through it, it doesn't need the disc to start-up. Da_Man_2423 Posted August 11, 2008 Share Posted August 11, 2008 Tools on top of the application > Launch game > pick KotOR. Make sure Xfire is picking it up. If it doesn't recognize it go to: Tools > Options > Games.
