Masklin
Hello everyone, I am introducing OJP to some friends of mine and we came across a server option called timescaling. If I'm not misinformed this should mean you can slow everything down. This would be awesome for learning the sabersystem, problem is only that the timescaling doesn't change the time at all, why doesn't it? Would really like this to work, very grateful for answers! Maxstate
The command is "timescale" and it's a float afaik, meaning you can set it between 0 and 1 too. Try /rcon timescale 0.5. It works only in cheat mode. Better for learning the saber system is g_saberanimspeed. Set that to 0.7 and you're good for training.
SilentSight
I believe that timescale only works on LAN servers - I can't recall the reason why. If you and your friends get Hamachi and create a network, you'll be able to host and join LAN servers between yourselves.
Maxstate
I'm not sure about that. I thinktimescale works on internet servers too, but it's just very jerky because of pings. G_saberanimspeed works best.
