unholyjester
I got this new pc at christmas and installed KOTOR yesterday. The game starts fine, even when I'm using Windows Vista [and a lot of ppl seems to have trouble with KOTOR and this OS], but it crashes and Windows says that it needs to be closed. It randomly crashes, and I have already tried to disable the sounds and to force the software. Could you helpe me, please? Star Admiral
I take it you have your computer set to dual-boot XP and Vista? Regarding the crashes, have you tried running the game with all the graphics options disabled? Do the crashes occur with any pattern, i.e., right after a combat round ends, or right when you enter a new room? Do you have any mods installed? When you installed it with Vista, did you install it with Administrator privileges? - Star Admiral
DarthParametric
Is this a laptop? Also, your video card drivers aren't showing up properly. What version do you have installed?
unholyjester
Yeah, I guess that I already solve the problem, but thanks. Now something weird happened. I just saved the Wookie, but all the dialogues were really fast and the characters didn't talked. What could it be? It wasn't being like this since now. Star Admiral
Restart the game. Sometimes after playing the game for a while, an interesting dialog bug will crop up, causing the dialog to cycle through really fast. - Star Admiral
