Can anyone help me to get this problem taken care of? If you decide to help me than be patient and help me post whatever information you need to solve this problem. nizwiz Posted March 8, 2009 Share Posted March 8, 2009 Do you have the latest drivers for your video card installed? If not, try updating. If you have the latest drivers and jk2's still not working, do the following: Press WindowsMeta+R, enter "dxdiag", on the appearing dialog press the button "Save All Information...", open the file you created in notepad, remove everything starting from ------------- Sound Devices ------------- then remove all lines that begin with an indented '{' and a bunch of digits / letters / dashes and post the rest here enclosed in [noparse] [/noparse] tags.
