What ever happened to the Coruscant mod for koTOR?

Recently, upon getting a new video card and taking advantage of it, I decided to get back into KoTOR and turn everything up to max, install mods again including planets like ORD Mandell. I knew and know of the Coruscant mod for KoTOR II: TSL but what ever happened to the Coruscant Mod for KoTOR that was in development at http://www.freewebs.com/corekotor/index.htm ?

 

I read that it was halted until further notice, but it's been nearly 2yrs...did they give up?, ever get back on track?

 

From the trailers and stuff I saw it looked like it was going to be pretty awesome and if anyone knows why it was halted....care to shed some light?

 

 

Note: It's been a while since I've kept up with lucasforums and KoTOR modding for that matter, so forgive me lol

According to the forums on the site:

Production on the Coruscant Mod has been halted until further notice

 

*NOTICE*

 

Which is the same thing the website says, if they did have a release I'm sure they wouldn't have left the site like that.
