Keymapping and Vidoe Effects

First, I was wondering if it's possible to edit keymapping.2da to be able to execute main attacks and Force powers with the keyboard, with the controls more like Jedi Academy. Also, I'm assuming it doesn't handle mouse controls; does anyone know what file does, or is it harcoded? I'd like to have, for example, a left-click doing a standard attack and a right-click doing a lightsaber throw.

 

Second, does anyone know if making new video effects for videoeffects.2da is possible, like with Force Sight, Force Speed, droid, and security camera views? I'm trying to add a glow effect similar to HDR to the game.
