KOTOR era Characters and forms (Spoilers!)

Ok. So I'm sure some of us are pretty much up on the forms in TSL and apparently for the entire time period. I aim to ask what forms (force and lightsaber) do you believe jedi/sith characters of the KOTOR games/era use and why. You can use any (canonical) evidence you'd like to back your claim up. Just kind of a fun finder time killer thread. I'll reveal who I think uses what, but for now I am interested to see what you all think.
