Apple24 Posted June 25, 2009 Posted June 25, 2009 Hey guys, I recently attempted to use flac ripped tracks from my Monkey Madness CD in ScummVM. My problem is when I try and play the music off the hard drive, it plays all the wrong tracks (for example, it plays the credits music during the introduction). When playing off the CD they work fine and I havent changed any of the track order or names, so can anyone tell me why this may be happening? Any help appreciated
Jeopando Posted June 25, 2009 Posted June 25, 2009 Hi there, welcome to the forums! I'm guessing the file names are wrong. What I did was I renamed all the music files: "track01.mp3, track02.mp3..." If I remember correctly, I had to change the track names in a way that "track00" from the cd was renamed "track01" and "track01" from the cd was renamed "track02" and so on. My files were mp3s but I think that should work.

Edit: Yes, that worked! Thanks again
plamdi Posted June 25, 2009 Posted June 25, 2009 Really I think ScummVM should detect this, it'd be rather simple code to write (I mean how hard is it to find a known number of audio tracks and then use them in alphanumeric order?)
Sven_Q45 Posted June 25, 2009 Posted June 25, 2009 Lol, like the problem I had in Discworld. ScummVm plays the intro from MI 1 (FM-Towns) the whole game long.
