Animated texture question Kotor 1

Ok so I know that there is a Tut for this already. Please don't simply direct me there and lock this!

 

Like I said, I found the Tutorial for Animated textures, but I'm afraid that it was a bit beyond me. Me=Noob

 

I am working on a small mod right now and I'd like to make a re-skin of a head with an animated texture and frankly I'm at a loss. I don't even know if this can be done in K1!

 

So that's it.

 

If you can direct me to a tutorial on this, (One for beginners), or if you have thoughts to share on the subject I would be most grateful.
