Examine the manhole cover, it is written something like wendy loves fred. fred loves cindy,etc on it. Talk to dave about the free goods he offers and when he asks you the wendy-fred,etc love affair answer the question just like written on manhole cover. he will give you an artificial skin use the skin on the manhole and jump to the bank...
