It has been done, but this one is the most complete I've seen.

Pretty much what the title states. Bastila will use a single blade
instead of a double. You'll still get a double before leaving Taris,
you'll just have to take it from the Sith Governor.

I'll detail the files for anyone that cares:

bast_temp_saber.uti - The saber used vs Malak on the Leviathan

g_w_dblsbr006.uti - Named 'Bastila's Saber' not sure if this is used
                   anywhere

k_ptar_hassaber.ncs - Checks inventory for saber when you speak to
                     Bastila after swoop race on Taris

k_ptar_lootbreji.ncs - Adds all of Brejik's items to inventory if
                      saber isn't found when k_ptar_hassaber.ncs
                      is run

p_bastilla.utc - Bastila's starting .utc. Swaps one rank of two-
                weapon fighting for one rank of dueling. I
                wouldn't add it if you already have one in your
                override.

p_bastilla006.utc - Different versions of Bastila that get added to
                   party if you side with her on top of the temple.
                   I just swapped 2-weapon feats for dueling. Again,
                   you may not want to use these if you already have
                   them in your override.

tar03_brejik031.utc - Brejik with the single saber in his inventory.

tar09_darkjed001.utc - Sith Governor with a red double saber and dark
                      jedi robe added to inventory.

tar09_darkjedi91.dlg - Sith Governor dialogue edited to remove the
                      bit about him not having a lightsaber.

unk44_evilbast.utc - the evil Bastila you fight on top of the temple

Installation:

Extract the contents of the archive into your override folder.

Remove the files to uninstall.
