BongoBob
I recently came across this on Kotaku: The Zelda Reorchestrated project (a.k.a. ZREO) first got started six years ago when a 14-year-old had the brilliant idea to redo all the music in the game with an orchestra. Now, 82 tracks later, the idea is real and you can listen to it yourself. This is some seriously amazing work. I know I'm not the only one that knows most of these melodies by heart still after multiple playthroughs of OoT. Direct Link to ZREO Homepage. My only complaint is that they only released it in 192kb/s MP3, instead of that as well as a lossless codec, or even the source wav's. It still sounds amazing though :
RoxStar
I really like how they even did the Ocarina themes from Ocarina of Time!
