  1. Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't Vornskrr fine right now? Like, we're not one of the transfer servers? I really don't see what the big deal is with all this. It seems like it's all anyone can talk about right now, but for really no reason other than the server seems underpopulated.
  2. Every fandom has subsets that they wish would go away...unfortunately mine has furries and rule 34 afficianados -_-
  3. XBL: PsychoBongoBob Modern Warfare 3 and Gears of War 3 are my bread and butter on here. PSN: PsychoBongoBob Rarely use the damn thing. Mostly used for Blu-Rays. Steam: PsychoBongoBob SKYRIM with the occasional CS:S or TF2 every once in a blue moon, as well as CoD4/WaW. Origin/Battlelog: PsychoBongoBob Battlefield 3, the only thing Origin will ever be used for. As you can see, I like to change my name around quite a bit, lol.
  4. I thought the respawn rate was based on the current population of the server/area? I may be wrong of course, but this was what I thought I read somewhere.
  5. Name: Newo Class: Jedi Sage (Heals/DPS depending on what's needed) Server: Vornskr Guild: TWC Got the name from the universe of the story of Coheed and Cambria's music, The Amory Wars I'd post a screenshot but servers are down ;_;
  6. I sort of forgot about Lucasforums for a while in there, so I did not even think about early guild stuff, but I'm on right now. I have to leave for work in 7 hours though, and I haven't slept yet...this could be interesting...
  7. *dusts off his LF cobwebs* Oh hai My name's BongoBob (Bongo or Bob for short), and I joined LF back in the height of JKII/JKA, and stuck almost exclusively to The Swamp until now. I play a lot of video games, and listen to a lot of music, and that about covers it. Now I'm going to go level my Jedi Consular :3
  8. While I agree with this sentiment, I haven't had a single problem with my ASRock P67 Extreme4 motherboard. Maybe you just have s***ty luck TiE? In other news, here's my latest baby: eVGA nVidia GTX 570 So yeah, once again living off ramen for a few weeks, but god damn was it worth it. The Witcher 2 on Ultra runs great, Bad Company 2 is absolutely buttery smooth. Also got myself a 750GB Western Digital SATA 6GB/s HDD too because I was running out of storage. Now all I have left to upgrade is my CPU cooler and get an SSD and I'll be pretty much totally set. Now bring on Skyrim and BF3 >:3
  9. *sees thread title for the first time in ages* ...Sweet Zombie Jesus.
  10. Finally. After many, many long years, I have an up to date computer. Antec Nine Hundred Two v3 Case ASrock P67 Extreme 4 Mobo Intel i5-2500k CPU 8GB G.SKILL DDR3 RAM Alongside my 9800GT, Corsair 650TX PSU, and generic SATA II HDD. Upgraded from an AMD Athlon 64 3700+ (single core ;_; ), generic 1.76GB DDR1 RAM, generic mini-ATX mobo and case (it was a Compaq desktop my family bought in 2005) Still need to replace my Video Card/Hard Drive but considering what I had been using before, sweet zombie jesus.
  11. I preordered the regular digital edition last night as well. Wish they would have made it more clear that they were going to take the full amount out of my account right away and not when it launches like every other online preorder I've ever had, but can't do anything about it now. I can haz early access now? :3
  12. Oh hey this place does still exist :3 So lately I've been making out like a mother****ing bandit. Got this probably a month or so ago: Playstation 3 Black Ops Bundle - $300 Best Buy had a coupon where you buy a 160GB PS3 and you got a $100 gift card, and it worked with the Black Ops bundle that cost the exact same. So I bought the Black Ops bundle, and sold the Black Ops for $40. At the same time, Albertons (grocery store) had a deal going where when you bought $100 in gift cards you got a $20 voucher. So I bought 3 $100 Best Buy gift cards to use on the PS3, and got $60 worth of groceries free. Best Buy also had buy one get one half off new release games, so I picked these up using the gift card: And since I needed to test my furncy new Blu Ray player that also plays games sometimes, I figured what better way to test it than with one of the best movies ever made: About a week and a half ago. My Blockbuster got shut down due to leasing issues, which is ****ty. However, I was able to transfer to another store with my store manager that wants to promote me up, so it all works out. It also all works out because I was able to get this sweet baby as a result of the store closing Sony Bravia 40" KDL-41v4000 1080p HDTV - $300 Even after you add in a $100 wall mount from Costco, I am one extremely happy panda. Fast forward to this Sunday. I had to work, but I sent my dad to Toys 'R Us after I found out thanks to deals.woot and CheapAssGamer that they had a coupon that brought Guitar Hero: Warriors of Rock guitar bundle down to $14.99. This is what he brought home: Guitar Hero: Warriors of Rock Full Band Bundle - $14.99 He grabbed the first Xbox 360 Warriors of Rock he saw on the shelf, took it up to the register, they scanned it, then scanned the coupon that says does not work on band bundles, and it worked on the ****ing band bundle. I got a new guitar, and my little brother got his own microphone as well as drums, that I have been stealing recently because 5 lane drumming is actually pretty damn fun. Also these random things: Sublime With Rome - Yours Truly This album is so ****ing great to just chill out to. Lovers Rock, PCH, and Take It or Leave It are amazing tracks. I acquired 1600 MS points for free recently, and used 1200 on Bastion. If you have a 360, I can't recommend this game enough. From the solid isometric Action-RPG gameplay, to the gorgeous visuals, to the narrator (yes that's right, the narrator is a selling point in this game), it just oozes style. Phew, I think that's everything. I feel a little like TiE :V
  13. Today I saw Big D and the Kids Table live twice in one day. Went to Warped Tour (and now I'm pissed I went, you'll see why) and waited around 9 hours to see them play. Originally went for both them and Less Than Jake, but LTJ was supposed to play at noon, and due to traffic and being late, went on at 6. The exact same time that Big D was going on. So I decided to head to Big D because I enjoy them more than LTJ, and I was not disappointed. They were fantastic live. They then said afterwards they were going to play a longer show at midnight at "The Dive Bar." Game f***ing on. Fast forward to about 10:30, I get to the bar, head on in, and a band is playing, so I just sit down and listen. They finish up, next band starts setting up, is about to play. I turn around, and see who else but Dave McWane, the lead singer and mastermind of Big D. He was super nice, and just talked with me for like 10 minutes over a can of Pabst, their beer of choice. Their show at The Dive Bar was far and away the single greatest show I've ever been to. Maybe like 50 people in a small room, no security, and a super nice band that encouraged their audience to participate. I sang face-by-face with Dave McWane. I'm pretty sure that means my life from this point on is now meaningless. Then after they're done they just hung out and took pictures and talked with everyone. Myself and Dave McWane. Note my "hur dur" starstruck face/awkward timing. This time with no "hur dur" face for me but blurry laughing Dave. In addition, I spent like 30-40 minutes just hanging at Big D's merch booth, while waiting for their guy to see if they had a shirt big enough for me in their bus. As he goes, their trumpet player Chris just said to kick back under their tent, and we talked the whole time. Since they didn't have a shirt in my size, I actually bought the 3 CD's of theirs that I listen to all the time, but never actually paid for, as well as their brand new cd that doesn't come out until July 5. Myself and the aforementioned trumpet player Chris. All my CDs. All in all, an absolutely amazing day, even if I did get absolutely ****ed over by Warped Tour compared to The Dive Bar show. Now to go pass out because I work tomorrow from 1-9PM. I foresee much caffeine in my future.
  14. It's ok. It's just that no one loves him. Happy birfday
