Are there certain heads in the app2da file that don't change? Tried swapping out the heads of Zaerdra (71) and Yuthura (93). When I reopened the file, Zaerdra's normal head column had the change (93) but Yuthura's remained as head #93. Further, when I put a number in the backup head column for Yuthura, it also did not take. Does this mean that to change appearance for some charachter's that you have to change their .tga files?

Some characters(like Yuthura), have more than one utc file. You'd need to change three files for her to tottally change, for her appearance in Dreshdae(Korr_m33aa), the Sith Academy(Korr_m33ab), and Naga Sadow's tomb(Korr_m39aa).

Well, there's also the dan13_yuthura file as well. However, if you change the tga file (like Shem did) you can at least alter her appearance across the board. I didn't know if you could actually change the head via the app2da file (or even give YB a backup head in the event you altered your PC to look like her, since the game doesn't always like having the PC share heads with some NPCs). Nor was I certain which other characters this applied to as well.
