Making a custom area Help Needed

Ok i juts created a great area with characters placeables sounds and much more but when i put it in game nothing except two characters appear?? and i dont know why?

 

so my question is when making a new area with things like Characters And door do i give them a Custom Tag and Resref or do i leave it the same

 

e.g

if when i put the Character in the Map its Defult Tag is Jedi

 

do i keep the tag the same or do i change it to somthing not used in the game already?
