Te Darasuum Mandalor
A similar thing happened to me once. I returned to Dxun after going to Nar Shadda (I think this happened because I never killed all of the Sith assasins at the Mando camp) It chose a random character (Atton) to attack the Sith Temple where they were potisioned and all of the characters were invisable. After I beat the Sith Masters in the Freedon Nadd's tomb, The Mandalorian tells me that I have done well and then says "After you left, your squad"...... then it shuts off! It was due to not killing all of the asassins before I left Dxun and I had to load all the way back to Onderon, but IInstead of returning to NS I did the easiest planet, Korriban before I returned to Dxun. Then it worked fine! Just a friendly tip......always save your game. I hope I was helpful! :)
